Dr. Shete was appointed as an agricultural expert in developing a policy on commercialization of agriculture in Abu Dhabi funded by World Bank
He worked as consultant for Reserve Bank of India & National Agricultural Bank for Reconstruction and Development (NABARD). His services are hired by Government of India, State governments on Women Budget and Farmer Producer Companies.
More than 200 research papers and 5 books under his name. Conducted over 300 training sessions
Worked in India, Bangladesh, Nepal & Thailand.
